I know just how difficult it can be to work out what you'll need to style your venue for your dream wedding. The more you look, the bigger the list grows as you fall in love with all the gorgeous decorations and styling ideas that you see!

So to help, I've made it easy by creating a fabulous venue styling package, just for you. It includes a whole host of gorgeous styling elements at a fixed price, so is great for budgeting, and takes the stress out of figuring it all out for yourself.

The Sage & Belle Styling Package: This is our 'kitchen sink' wedding decor package for the couples that want it all! It includes everything you need to style your venue from start to finish and is perfect if you're looking for that WOW factor!

It's super flexible too and comes with lots of options and choices, so you still get our bespoke styling experience. You get to choose all the items and details you want to create your dream wedding decor, and it can be tweaked to suit too. So, if it includes an item that you don't really want, but there's something else that you would prefer, then just ask about swapping. As long as they're of a similar value, it's not a problem and if they're not, then we can still work something out for you! 

I've included a LOT in the package, but if you want more, or to personalise certain elements, then we can add these things on for you too at an extra cost. It's all completely customisable to give you the bespoke wedding styling that you're after. All you need to do is ask!

The package isn't for every couple, and if it's not right for you, then please don't worry. I can still create a completely bespoke styling package based on the items you want, just for you. All you need to do is send me a message telling me all about your dreams and desires for your big day!


By booking Sage & Belle to take care of your styling, you're making an investment in to the biggest day of your life. As well as hiring the physical items, you're investing in our creativity, passion, expertise, knowledge, care and understanding of just what it means to have a beautifully styled wedding. Your investment gets our time too, from emails and phone calls, to face to face meetings at our showroom. Your investment isn't just for the day itself either as it will live on in your wedding photos and video as well as the memories of you, your family, friends and loved ones. 

Your Investment:
60 guests: £1395 (7 guest tables + 1 top table)
80 guests: £1645 (9 guest tables + 1 top table)
100 guests: £1895 (12 guest tables + 1 top table)
These prices are based on round tables seating 8 guests, plus a long top table. We recommend a maximum of 8 to a 5ft round table if you can as it's a comfortable number to ensure that everyone has a bit of space and elbow room. It's also the maximum number of charger plates you can fit on a 5ft round table.
If your numbers are different, then we'll simply adjust the package and price to reflect them. Travel charges will be added to the package price based on how far your venue is from our showroom and will cover 2 round trips - one to set everything up for you and another to return and pick it all up again. Travel usually starts at around £40. 

What you get!

Entrance display and welcome sign -  A stunning display that sets the scene and gives your guests a sneak peek of what's to come! It includes your choice of welcome sign from our standard collection which ranges from acrylic to wooden to a full pallet. We include a beautiful easel (although not for the pallet!) and will style the area with a selection of gorgeous props and pretties to coordinate with your decor. This could include chiffon draping, fresh foliage, flowers, lanterns, crates, ladders, hoops - the options are endless! Why not upgrade to a personalised welcome sign for that extra special touch?

Post box and gift table styling - We have a range of different post boxes to choose from and one that suits every theme from elegant to vintage and rustic. We're not fans of just plonking a post box on a table and leaving it at that - it just looks a bit sad! So, we'll style around the post box and the rest of the table to compliment the rest of your decor and give your guest book and gifts a pretty place to live too.

Chair dressing - Whatever style of chair your venue has got, we've got it covered! For wooden chiavari, cheltenham and crossback style chairs, choose a gorgeous chiffon drape tied with ribbon. A single drape can be styled in a number of different ways, so you have choice on the look, as well as colour to match your scheme. For traditional banqueting chairs you'll get a chair cover and choice of single sash in a variety colours and fabrics. Upgrade options are available if you'd like double or woven chiffon drapes, or double sashes with chair covers. You can also add embellishments such as brooches, silk flowers and foliage or fresh foliage. We don't include these as standard, as not every couple wants them.

Table runners - Runners are a great way to add a splash of colour to your guest tables and can also add texture too if you decide to use chiffon. All of our runners are available in the same colours as our sashes and drapes, so everything is perfectly coordinated. The come in chiffon, organza, lace, hessian and satin.

Centrepieces - All of our centrepieces are included in the package so there's a really good range to choose from. They're all bespoke for you and your style, although they do tend to work around similar themes. As standard, they include ivory candles (you can upgrade to coloured candles), 8 hour long burn tea lights ( I can't stand tea lights that fizzle out after a couple of hours!) fresh foliage and simple, colour coordinated fresh and faux flowers along with all the props, pretties and bases. Full disclosure: I'm not a professional florist. I can create simple, free form arrangements in our lanterns, terrariums, smaller vases and votives, but if you're after full floral centrepieces of beautifully and professionally arranged flowers, or specific flowers, then you'll need a florist for those. The package can still work for you though as we can dress around any florist arrangements that you may decide to have.

Top table styling - I simply love dressing a top table! So many couples overlook them, which is so sad. As with everything, it will be styled to compliment the rest of your decor and theme and will mirror your centrepieces for a fully coordinated look.. It will feature a combination of items such as drapes, runners or swags, lots of gorgeous fresh foliage running the entire length of the table, candles, tea lights and votives with fresh and faux flowers. It does not include a full floral centre arrangement - again, please ask your florist for that and we're happy to include it and decorate around it. 

Table numbers and stands - We have a lovely range of table numbers. Our most popular are our floating gold frames, which open up so we can add a sprig of foliage, pampas or something else that you might like. We also have clean cut acrylic signs in a modern calligraphy style. Then there are laser cut wooden numbers and wooden blocks. We also have a range of stands to hold table number cards which are much more attractive than the standard catering ones that venues normally provide, so if you're having your own cards made, then we can still display them beautifully for you.

Charger plates or coloured napkins - The choice is yours! Our standard charger plates are available in gold, silver, copper and woven palm leaf (for that rustic/boho vibe!). If you'd prefer glass beaded or reef style charger plates, then you are welcome to upgrade to these. Or, maybe you'd prefer some napkins to add that extra splash of colour to your table? These work particularly well if you're having acrylic place cards. Don't worry if you'd like charger plates AND coloured napkins as you can upgrade to include both - just ask!

Place cards or edible favours - Another choice for you! Our package includes place cards in either handwritten modern calligraphy, acrylic shapes with laser etched names or wooden or acrylic carved names. Or, you can opt for some delicious handmade favours - choose from cookies or fudge. I've tried both and they're sooo good! You can have a simple message stamped on to the cookie icing (Thank You, Best Day Ever, etc), or you can upgrade to have your guest names individually stamped on hem and then they can double up as place cards too! 

Table plan display - Show your guests where they'll be sitting with style! You provide the table plan cards, and we'll display for you, whether that be on an ornate mirror, wooden board, pallet, ladder. hanging frames, suitcase, gin bottles - whatever you want. Just let me know your ideas! If you'd like to have a mirror table plan that's written with beautiful modern calligraphy, then we can arrange this for you at an extra cost. We'll include an easel if needed and also dress the area with coordinated props and pretties.

Cake table styling - Some venues have gorgeous tables to display your cake on (Prestwold Hall definitely do), and some just pop them on small cloth covered table, which can look a bit sad and forgotten. Whatever the style, we'll dress the table with small extra touches to compliment the rest of your decor and give it some love and attention too. We promise not to overshadow your gorgeous cake, just enhance its setting!

Lanterns or cylinder vases with candles -  Oh, I do love a candle, but not all venues do unfortunately. So, we offer our lanterns with a choice of real candles or high quality wax flicker flame LED piillar candles.  We include 6 lanterns/cylinder vases and you can use them as you wish - line your aisle, put them on mantelpieces, up the stairs (LED candles only if you decide to do this), or to light up a dark area of your venue. 

Decorated backdrop - This can be used in so many different ways! We'll style it to match your decor, and then it's up to you how to use it. A few ideas for you: behind your ceremony table or top table, as a backdrop to display your cake in front of, or for your table plan with hanging frames. If you use it for your ceremony or top table, then it can be moved afterwards to create a fabulous photo backdrop for you and your guests to enjoy!

Statement item - And finally, your choice of one of our statement items! Choose from our wooden arch draped in fabric with fresh foliage accents, 1 of our 11ft tall canopy blossom trees to dress an entrance, your ceremony table, cake or table plan area. Or, the ever popular, LOVE letters which are 4ft tall and come with cool touch cabochon lights. If you want more than one of these, then you can add extra ones at a specially discounted rate, so just ask.

Phew - you made it! I told you that there was a lot in there and it's all designed to give you your dream wedding decor. I've purposely not included styling specifically for the ceremony as not everyone has their wedding at their venue. However, a lot of the items included can be used for a ceremony too if you wish.

So, how does that sound? It takes away a lot of the work and worry about what you need, saves you money, gives you a lot of choice (don't worry, I'll guide you through it all) and keeps the bespoke service that I love to offer. And all it takes to book is a £50 'save the date' booking fee, so what are you waiting for?
