Coloured napkins: These are a great way to add a splash of colour to your table and keep your colour scheme running throughout all of your styling. If they're too much colour for you, then another alternative is to use ribbon ties on classic white napkins.
If you've looked at our complete venue styling package, you'll see that a lot of these things are included as part of that. It even includes details such as place cards or delicious cookie or fudge favours! You can find more information about our styling package here.
This is just an overview of some of the lovely props and pretties we have available to hire. If you can't find what you're looking for, then please do ask as we've either got it, are planning to get it or can source it from one of our lovely industry friends!
Lanterns : Lanterns are a lovely way to line your aisle or bring some light to a darker area of your venue. They look great on welcome displays too!
Mirrors: we have a range of large ornate framed mirrors in both silver and gold which are great for welcome signs, order of the day and table plans. I love it when they're handwritten and work with an amazing handwriting artist to personalise them for you.
Styling props: Sometimes you'll just have an area that needs dressing in some way and we've got a great range of props that we can use for this. Why not use something like a vintage typewriter, radio or sewing machine, globe or any of our random assortment of props that we've collected over the years!
Charger plates: Charger plates add a lovely finishing touch to a table, and work particularly well on long tables that can look a bit bare otherwise. We've got a variety of gold, copper, glass and rattan charger plates available to suit most schemes, And if we don't, we'll get them for you!
Welcome signs: we have various options available from rustic pallets and decorated hoops with wooden hanging signs to clean and elegant acrylic boards and gorgeous ornate mirrors. We have a range of standard signs, but can also offer personalised signs at an extra charge. If your venue doesn't have easels, or the only ones that have are fairly lightweight and flimsy (not ideal when you've got a large heavy mirror sign!), then we have easels that we hire out too.
Welcome displays: these can vary from rustic crates and vintage ladders that are styled to match your theme for the day, to simply adding lanterns and pretty props around a welcome sign. They're all designed just for you, so simply let me know what you'd like!
Postboxes: we have a range of different styles of postbox for hire to suit different themes. From large vintage Royal Mail style boxes to rustic wooden ones and suitcases or crates. We love styling around a post box too, so it's not just sat on a table, but actually looks like a piece of decoration that matches the theme for your day.

They range from large statement items such as beautiful blossom trees and arches draped in fabric to smaller items such as welcome signs and postboxes, and everything in between! Honestly, we have loads and I'm always adding to it. Buying new stock has to be one of my favourite things to do! I could write pages about everything we have to offer, but no one wants to read that much, so here's a brief(ish) summary of some of our most popular items!
Blossom trees: I simply love our blossom trees! Standing at 11ft tall and laden with beautiful blossom, they're a real statement item and add a WOW factor. Use one on its own, or create a canopy by using two together. Use them for your ceremony, over your top table, at the doors to a room, over your cake table, in an entrance way - there are so many possibilities!
Arches: Our wooden arch is two metres tall by up to three metres wide and is adjustable to make it narrower if needed. I love draping it with fabric and have different colours available to suit different colour schemes. Keep it simple with just fabric, or add foliage for a rustic look, flowers for a pretty classic style, or pampas grass if you're going for a boho vibe. How would you style yours?
